Hi Kelly,

I hope you are having a great weekend too. My weekend so far has been good. Today was my WI day and I didn't lose ....I just maintained and although I am disappointed I know that this will happen and I am ok with this. I will just keep working the program and I will NOT give up.

HI Kelly! Welcome to BTL. Good for you for being able to share your weight...that number...did you know it's just a number and that it doesn't actually define you. Funny thing that we have such a hard time sharing it isn't it. I too myself am working on my inner self most importantly and exploring and learning how to let go of some things in my past so that I can truthfully become a much healthier, happy, person! I highly encourage you to take pictures along this journey. Even if you aren't ready to share them at this point...you will be glad one day that you have them to compare as you start losing the weight. Also one last thing....I know you said you haven't set a date to start this journey but do you realize that you actually have...TODAY! You are here right? So don't think you have to wait until October to take those next steps towards a healthier you (a little less junk, a little more movement)...baby steps!

Calling all skeletons out of the closet !PART 1 of 100(I think)

I have promised myself that I will be brutally honest with myself on my blog , I am using it as a journal , to heal , to recover from emotionally charged binge eating ! New week , let's start with small baby steps

OK , now I have decided to listen to the great advice that Kari gave me and start with small baby steps but at least start , not sitting in the comfortable place called the sidelines anymore.

Drink water , anything more than 2 glasses is better than I what I am doing right now , lets start with at least 4 to 6 glasses a day.Not going to panic about what I am eating just yet because as I have found previously , if I focus on how much less I have to eat , I focus on eating more!!
