OK , now I have decided to listen to the great advice that Kari gave me and start with small baby steps but at least start , not sitting in the comfortable place called the sidelines anymore.
Drink water , anything more than 2 glasses is better than I what I am doing right now , lets start with at least 4 to 6 glasses a day.Not going to panic about what I am eating just yet because as I have found previously , if I focus on how much less I have to eat , I focus on eating more!! I hope you are having a great weekend too. My weekend so far has been good. Today was my WI day and I didn't lose ....I just maintained and although I am disappointed I know that this will happen and I am ok with this. I will just keep working the program and I will NOT give up.
