About Me:
I am a 22 year old full time administrative assistant/student. I am very busy between the two that I often do not take time for myself to keep myself healthy. I have two dogs, a great family, and a great boyfriend. I currently weight 172 and my goal weight is 135. The heaviest I have ever been is now, and the smallest I have ever been was 136. It did not last long because I started college and four years later here I am. I do not have a date set for reaching my goal weight because whenever I do, I never meet my goal. I just plan on getting there when I get there and no crazy diets this time around.

Well I have actually done pretty well today. Although I seem to be hungry as the day progresses...so I think maybe I need to start discovering what foods are going to keep me fuller longer. So I officially just signed up for Weight Watchers Online. Almost didn't do it and thought maybe I would just not pay the money and try to just eat healthy-cheaper right? Then I forced myself to just pay the money...and I was astonished. I went in to track my points today...thinking I had eaten fairly healthy...uh, NO! I ate double the points I should be eating! Scary!!!! So, here I am. I am signed on for 3 months as of right now, and I am hoping to lose these ugly 37 pounds!

The Dreaded Candy Bowl

So people bring in candy to work, and where do they put it? On my desk for people to take. So 40 hours a week I get to stare at a tub of Red Vines and a basket of chocolate. Chocolate is my downfall, I love it.
