About Me:
I am starting over today on a weight loss journey of a lifetime, I currently weigh 268 and will be on the road to getting down to 142, which is 126 pounds that i need to loose!! Its a scary number so i am going to break it up into 10 lb incriments, each 10 lb goal i will give myself a little reward

starting weight: 268








first 10 lbs lost: Eye brow waxing
2nd 10 lb lost: New Tennis shoes
3rd 10 lbs lost: new dress
4th 10 lbs lost: new jeans
5th 10 lbs lost: weekend getaway to Pinehurts
6th 10 lbs lost: Make over
7th 10 lbs lost: Get professional photos done
8th 10 lbs lost: Purchase ipod touch
9th 10 lbs lost: New bedding
10th 10 lbs lost: Lasik Eye SUrgery

These are big goals towards the end, but i figure i need to start making them more desireable! I"m hoping to reach my first 10 lbs by january 3rd!

Well it is a joke to call today day one, being that i had anything and everything that i wanted to eat! I will try to write it all down, but i might have missed some!

Tired of it!

So i am 25, single, and overweight! I have done every program out there and still don't know how to stop eating the bad foods that while eating make me feel so much better! update!

So i am a total mess! back to square one

Katherine, reading some of your blog posts just touched my heart! I think because you are a lot like me. I have been where you are, I just want to give you some hope. Just take it one day or meal at a time, don't even think about the future because it's too hard in the beginning. It WILL get easier and you will find happiness!

Hi thanks for your blog comment Katherine! That breakfast suggestion sounds TO DIE FOR!!! It sure beats the breakfast I'm having this morning (I was running late... but STILL eating healthy...) I think I'm going to try your suggestion this week... I just bought peaches too..perfect!
