We are here for you. Try not to feel bad. I would have a really hard time resisting all that type of food as well. Start by taking a walk, a nice, slow, long walk, and take a few deep breaths.......you'll feel better.

Hi thanks for your blog comment Katherine! That breakfast suggestion sounds TO DIE FOR!!! It sure beats the breakfast I'm having this morning (I was running late... but STILL eating healthy...) I think I'm going to try your suggestion this week... I just bought peaches too..perfect!

About Me:
I currently already have one site on here, but lately I have fallen off the band wagon, and as a part of me regaining my control I have decided that starting another site is a good Idea! I started my weight loss journey in november of 2008, since then I have lost 42 lbs. That would great and all if I didn't have another 85 lbs to go to get to my healthy weight range! I haven't lost anything for the past 2 months, because of eating out and full on cheating where ever and with what ever I could. I have completely stopped exercising. This all started around the time I started my new job! Well i have had two months to figure out my schedule and get back on track, and I haven't! From now on, whatever I eat I am writing it down, I am going to follow a 1400 calorie diet, with moderate exercising. I don't want to kid myself saying I will work out every day but for starting off I'm going to try to work out 3-4 times a week!

8/5/09- 256.5
8/11/09-245.0(-11.5 lbs)
Plan of Choice:
Low Fat
Workout Philosophy:
I loath exercice, I'm new to exercise, I only exercise because I have to

The little successes

So i am here to celebrate a little success some might not find it a big success but, for me to say the least it is something, so in three days i have only spent $10 on food, now i know everyone is probably like umm that is still bad, but when you thinki would have had a three day average of 21, to not spend 11 of the 21 is a success.. now that doesn't mean i have done well on eating, i took my dog on a 15 minute power walk tonight, which i figure is better then if i wouldn't have walked at all!!… Continue

Daily goals

So tomorrow I'm setting a few goals that i feel are maintainable, i am tired of living a lie and just want to be an honest person, and i want to feel like a good person, not spending money when i don't have money to spend and i'm not doing my self a service.

So here are my goals just for tomorrow!
1. Spend no money
2. walk dog for 30 minutes
3. drink two bottles of water

So big shocker...

I didn't stick to my plan and i definitely didn't stop spending money! infact i feel like since i wrote that blog i have actually eaten out more, and spent more money!!
