OUCH! Give yourself a break, you just had a MAJOR upheaval, so it's normal to revert back to old eating habits, just see it for what it is and get back to taking care of YOU. You can do this! And more importantly, you are worth it!

Profile Information

About Me:
I currently already have one site on here, but lately I have fallen off the band wagon, and as a part of me regaining my control I have decided that starting another site is a good Idea! I started my weight loss journey in november of 2008, since then I have lost 42 lbs. That would great and all if I didn't have another 85 lbs to go to get to my healthy weight range! I haven't lost anything for the past 2 months, because of eating out and full on cheating where ever and with what ever I could. I have completely stopped exercising. This all started around the time I started my new job! Well i have had two months to figure out my schedule and get back on track, and I haven't! From now on, whatever I eat I am writing it down, I am going to follow a 1400 calorie diet, with moderate exercising. I don't want to kid myself saying I will work out every day but for starting off I'm going to try to work out 3-4 times a week!

8/5/09- 256.5
8/11/09-245.0(-11.5 lbs)
Plan of Choice:
Low Fat
Workout Philosophy:
I loath exercice, I'm new to exercise, I only exercise because I have to

So update!!!

So I just moved out of my parents house, and the past two weeks eating has been out of control being with the up root of moving and not having things organized, i have been afraid to weigh for the past week, but this morning i finally weighed and about hit the floor.. my weight was at 256, that is crazy!! Its funny I am totally in the mood to exercise right now, but during the move i fell down my parents stair case, and sprained my ankle and broke my big toe, so i can't really work out on my fee… Continue

new week!

So i have decided this is going to be a new week, where i am going to stay on plan and eat healthy, and drink water! i'm going to try working out a few times as well!! nothing crazy though, just limiting my calorie intake, drinking water. Hi thanks for your blog comment Katherine! That breakfast suggestion sounds TO DIE FOR!!! It sure beats the breakfast I'm having this morning (I was running late... but STILL eating healthy...) I think I'm going to try your suggestion this week... I just bought peaches too..perfect!
