I really like clothes and shopping and designer goods and let's just face the music that those clothes are not designed for the thunder thighs of Kelly. I want to feel good, and I want to look good. I need to say goodbye to the days where looking in the mirror freaks me out. I've struggled with my weight my whole life but in college it definitely got the best of me and the time has come to make a change!
I'll get my with a little help from my friends! I absolutely could not do this without the support of my roomie & boyfriend, they motivate me every single day!

Commitment Goals
1. try to get in all the goodies (correct servings of water, milk, fruits and veggies, & healthy oils)
2. TRACK EVERYTHING I put in my mouth!!! even if it's 3 chips - TRACK IT!
3. Stay positive, attitude is KEY
4. Be reasonable with my weight loss expectations
5. STAY ACTIVE, KEEP MOTIVATED!!! (i have a tendency to take a day off from the gym and that turns into 4 or 5 days off. that needs to stop pronto)
Personal Goals
1. Lead a healthy lifestyle beyond just food, I need to make sure I get proper rest and exercise
2. Learn how to cook delicious meals!
3. Continue to go to my classes that I love at the gym
4. Feel comfortable in my skin and body
5. Even if i gain (which i haven't yet, cross my fingers) do not lose hope and get off track
