I recently started attending meetings after trying to do it for far too long on my own. (Unsuccessfully, I might add). Meetings are definitely a good thing for me--if for no other reason than I don't like to pay money to hear I gained weight!

Hellooo- no, I don't take vitamins- I bought a whole bunch of them and they're sitting in my cabinet collecting dust. :) Do you? I've heard things about magnesium being helpful with chocolate cravings. I do take this thing called "5HTP"- it's supposedly an OTC mood stabilizer. I'm taking the highest dosage and I don't really feel any different. I dunno.

I got started by Googling "Couch to 5K." Dozens of things popped up, but the one you want is on the first page, near the top. I believe it's from Cool Running.

I just printed out the training schedule and got my butt to the gym. (I know, it sounds simple, but that first step is the toughie!)
