About Me:
All my life I have struggled with my weight and a majority of it I have been overweight. Countless times I set out to lose the weight trying this diet here or this diet there and nothing worked; at least until I realized that a "diet" was not the answer...it was a total life transformation and way of life that was needed that I was then successful in my weight loss endeavors.

In January 2006 I undertook my own weight loss journey at my highest weight being 235 pounds. I lost a total of 75 pounds and I now enjoy an active lifestyle by going to the gym, long walks and most of all running; my new love. I have ran in various 5/10k’s, fun runs and also have ran a half marathon. (See below for a before and after photo)

Every day I wake up and must make a decision if I am going to continue this lifestyle choice or if I am going to allow myself to slip back into my old habits. It is a commitment I set out to accomplish and I conquered it and I want to share what I learned along with my inner passion to help and transform others to lose weight and be healthy as I did with my own life and countless others to date.

My question to you is.....are you ready to allow me to help you with your journey to weight loss success?

REMEMBER: “Weight Loss Success means having the Courage to Change, the Determination to take Action and the Desire to become the person you Believe You are Meant to Be!” - Jennifer Rundall

**Feel free to message me with questions you may have or things you are struggling with and need pointers etc.**
Plan of Choice:
Low Fat, High Fiber, Weight Watchers
Website/Blog:

Workout Philosophy:
I'm a Running Fanatic

My struggle as of late...

Even though I am a weight loss coach, it does not mean I do not have my own struggles with weight. As I stated before it is a daily choice and some days I make better choices than others.

Since meeting my weight goal of 160 back in mid 2007 and have maintained my weight loss up until a few months ago...I too have put some pounds on in the mid section that I would like to lose (currently at 168). My life has had so many changes in the last year and more so the last couple months. The biggest one being I quit my FT job at a property management firm where I made very good money to live and work my passion as a FT coach and entrepreneur. Not having a regular income and not knowing from week to week when my money will be coming is a hill I am moving on getting over. Eating has been my fall back when I am stressed and I know better...but as we all know sometimes it is easier said than done. My boyfriend is a FT entrepreneur and has been for almost his entire adulthood. So I am learning a lot from him and he has been incredibly supportive personally and professionally. The money is coming in; but it is just a serious adjustment to work through when you are so use to knowing how to plan a budget every two weeks when you get paid.

So I am going to use this blog to share my ups and down etc with you all and if I can help others with my successes and struggles; I would be glad to do that as well.

Being that for my height my weight range should be between 135-160; originally when I first started my weight loss at 235 I shot for the high range of 160 and I met it; well now that it has been a couple years; I now want to reach for my ultimate goal of 140-145. A size 6 has been something I have always wanted to fit into! :)

Persistence pays off!!! :)

I came across the below writing and I wanted to share it with all of you. I thought it would be instrumental to your weight loss journey and specifically when we face choices to eat something that we so badly want or to chose something else that will keep us on track. Sometimes we do chose the opposite… Continue

Day 1 --August 24, 2009

As most of us know losing weight requires a certain mindset and boy am I so there!!!!!!!!! I got on the scale this morning and about had a minor heart attack! LOL :) But before I allowed the feelings of chaos and craziness to set in due to the number on my scale...I said this. Well, you know what you need to do to get on track again. And I asked myself this one question...with your health..what do you want? Yes, I did answer myself...LOL I said: " I want to feel good about me, I want to fit into… Continue

Thanks so much! It is a small world :) I graduated in 2003, went to UMD for college for a few years, then moved back here. We really like this area and it's nice to be so close to family, but we really do love the city and can't wait to be there. Mahtomedi is the epitome of suburbia, and we're much too young for that already :)

Thanks so much for your kudos about my story! You too! It's definitely a journey, and one I'm still not done with yet, but I wouldn't trade it for anything. All the work has been more than worth it, and I'm a trillion times happier (and healthier!) now.

Good luck with your coaching! What a neat way to help people. It really does make a difference to be with someone that "gets it". It's completely different from someone who's never struggled with their weight.

Hi Jen.
I'm doing okay, thanks. I am a little stressed with school. It's the end of the quarter, and I am in desperate need of my 2 week break before fall classes start. I feel like I'm constantly on the go! I just need to breathe and relax. I'm doing great in my classes...I'm just too hard on myself sometimes. Hope you're having a nice week:-)

Ok, that is crazy. I live in Mahtomedi! I grew up here, actually, and my husband and I bought a house here. We're in the process of moving though, so it will be my first time actually leaving for good (I don't count college!) :)

I've actually run a few 5k's, a 5 miler, and a 1/2. I love races, but unfortunately the cost adds up over time so I try and limit them.

How crazy to find eachother here! Small world!

Nice to meet you. I have done weight watchers in the past and reached my lifetime goal by losing 65 pounds. Unfortunately, life caught up with me (meeting a weonderful man/dating long distance, getting married, moving, starting a new job, etc) and I put 30 of those pounds back on. Now I'm back at it trying to get back to lifetime once again. I know the program well, and I know that if I use it, it will work.

Well, it's more like my lack of a plan right now...but I am working on that...I want to rejoin WW Online. I found it really worked when I was faithful. I lost my way and I am struggling to get it back. Thanks for your offer to help, I will take any advice or encouragement you can offer!
