Sometimes I need to remind myself why I need to keep myself on track. When I feel too pooped to work out. When I really want that "screw it all" meal. When a pair of pants doesn't fit as well as I'd hoped. I could go on and on.
So here is my (growing) list of all the reasons why I love losing weight:
* my clavicles are emerging - I have missed them
* seeing more of an hourglass figure and less of an apple figure
* my double chin becoming less and less noticeable
* the control I have developed…
