About Me:
I have always had a problem with my weight. When I was in Jr. High and High School it was more self esteem issues then weight issues. I was 193 lbs. when I got out of college. Lost a bunch of weight then I met my boyfriend and 8 years later I was fat again. I started WW in June 2006 and lost 30 lbs. I have maintained for 2 years now.

My goal is to maintain good health. I do not eat a lot of processed foods anymore and I really focus on portion size. I exercise more now and I am really into fitness. I would like to lose 10-15 lbs more but I am really in no hurry. I just want to be healthy.

Let's do it again...

Yesterday was a decent day. I tracked all my food. I only used a few extra points due to a stressfull eating binge. I am happy I tracked everything.

I got up this morning a did a few exercises from a program I got from Valerie Waugaman. She was Siren on American Gladiators and developed a Tranformational Program and is now a motivational speaker focusing on Health means Wealth. Don't know why...

I don't know why I have been in such a rut but it is really hurting me. My eating had been atrociuas and my exercise has been non existent. I did this 15 years ago when I lost 40 lbs and of course gained it all back. Now I lost 35 and gained about 15 back. I will not be 200lbs again. I now it is not about the number on the scale but that is a measurement for me that I must continue to use at least in some format.

Nice day for a walk!

We had such nice weather today in Ohio that I decided to go outside for my walk/jog instead of the gym. I loved it. I have never run outside (at least not in years) so I could not run for more than a minute or so at a time but I did 3.1 miles total in 36 minutes alternating between walking and jogging. I feel great! That is much farther than I would have done on the treadmill at the gym. I definately need to get outside for exercise more often vs. the gym. Two in a row

Yesterday, I stuck to my eating plan and did not overdo it even with temptations at work.

Today, my manager brought doughnut holes to work!!! I ate one and that is all. I am done.

I brought great food for snacks: fruit, a vitamuffin, almonds, yogurt and the boyfriend is out of town so I have plenty of time for the gym after work. I think if I can stay focused for 5 or 6 days straight I will be back on track.

I have faith...

I have faith that today will be a good day for eating and exercise!

I had a healthy breakfast. I made an egg white sandwich with spinach and ff plain yogurt and had some FF vanilla soy milk. I had a small snack when I got to work of lite string cheese. I brought almonds, a banana and yogurt. A company we do business with is bringing us pizza for lunch and I do not want to deprive myself so I figure I will have one slice of pizza and I brought a salad to fill me up so I do not eat more.

Thanks for your comment, I really appreciate the support. I don't know why it has to be so difficult. After dinner clean up, it turned out I was too tired to make the oats so instead I got up bright & early & made them. I also had an egg white & veggie omelet. I even made a salad & stuck it in the fridge for lunch! I'm volunteering in Olivia's class every Friday morning to help out with reading. Then I have to work a little earlier than usual so I figured I should plan ahead, because that was always the secret to my success!

Hey! The tuna is actually canned... http://www.bumblebee.com/sensations/tunakits/ it's absolutely amazing! Such a great flavor. I've only tried that chili flavor, but I guess they have others too. Sometimes I buy the large can, but it's pretty pricey. They had little "kits" on sale (small can of tuna + crackers) that I bought at SuperTarget last week for like $1.30 or something. I saved the crackers for the husband, and the little can is the perfect portion size!

Thanks for the comment- I always repack my bag right away too... but I took it out last weekend when we took a road trip down to Albuquerque for Labor day and then forgot to put it back..... oh, well. It's in the car now. I'm ready next time.
