About me
I believe in eating real food.
Current weight: 161.4 (according to ww). I've been lifting weights recently so I think quite a bit of that is muscle.
Goal: Between 128 and 140 pounds. I'm 5'9" so I don't want to be too skinny.
Timing goals: I usually get obsessed about making goals at certain times but that hasn't really worked to date. I'm now focused on giving my body what it needs. This doesn't include sugar.
That said, I like seeing progress so here are rough goals:
