Jenn,

I'll admit. I've only done it for one day so far. And that was like a week or two ago. My friend was planning on doing it with me and she keeps chickening out. I didn't stick with the 10-day meal plan she has either. I don't know why I can't stay motivated. I guess, I just have a lot of financial stress in my life on top of having to pass my insurance exam. So, I'm kind of like freaking out and craving all these sweets that I never crave. I need help. I need support. :(
