Love the CVS-ing! We are now close to a CVS and I just saw the Extra Bucks at the bottom of my receipt. I'm going to start buying all my toilet paper, toothbrushes, etc, at CVS when they are on sale and use the Extra Bucks. Great!

About Me:
I'm a clean eating point counter!!! I'm also a wife & mother! This weight flux that I've been dealing with for the last 11 years is not healthy & I'm ready to find a good healthy weight for me that can stick! I'm addicted to the classes at my gym & go 5-6 days a week! My current goal is 125. I have done WW on & off for the last 11 years & I've done it for the better part of the last year. I'm new to clean eating & loving it! I'm incorporating more weights into my routine & I'm also running thanks to C25K!!! I reached my first goal of 135 & decided I'd shot for 125 as my next goal!

Coconut Curry Butternut Squash Soup Recipe

Since Maren asked for this recipe, I figured I'd just post it to share with everyone : )

I halve & remove seeds from 2 good sized butternut squashes, & roast them in the oven cut side down in a little water until a fork pierces the soft flesh.

I can't believe how the support from all of you has really motivated me. I thank you for all visiting me & commenting on my last post it is so incredibly helpful to me & I truly appreciate it! Well I feel like I don't have much to say for myself! I have not been here in so long that I don't even know where to begin! I have been in this really bad funk, but I see a pattern because my last "hiatus" was at the same time of year but last year. Scott really thinks that I suffer from Seasonal Affective Disorder. Working my way back

Well I'm certainly noticing lots of old feelings coming back that have not visited me in a long time. I was going to say habits but really it's more of a feeling bringing on the habit. Thanks for the gift and the note. I know how you feel, I am not doing too well with my eating and I seem to stay in the same place. I am hoping that if I continue to post and read others posts that someday it will all come back to me! I seem to go in spurts with my eating and can't seem to stay excited about eating well for a long period of time. I hope I can grow out of this short attention span! I'm so glad that my checking in gave you a little jump start, Erica! I can't tell you how many times you and the others have done the same for me. That's what I love most about this site - the accountability! I'm so so proud of you that you were able to take a step back and look at the bigger (or in your case SMALLER!) picture and see what you really want. I struggle with that a lot, but by knowing that I'm not the only one makes it a lot more manageable.

How's was your week? Did you make it to Zumba on Wednesday? I don't have the budget right now ... stupid moving expenses ... for a gym membership - but I will most definitely be getting one that offers that class when I can! I just started the 30DS yesterday. WOW, i am sore. haha

I have to say, I'm super embarassed that I gained 2lbs ... uuuuugh. The whole vacation thing was good for my mind, horrible for my body. I'm expecting next WI to be more of the same .. this moving thing is really putting a cramp in my work out/eating style.

I'm glad you didn't see a gain on your scale - CONGRATS! =)

My week has been good minus my back problems. Ive had constant pain for a month now and its making me crazy. Im getting an MRI on Thursday so we will see what it says. Im thinking I may need to get some steroid shots every 3 months or so. Ive had problems for 12 years and its something i have to deal with. usually it comes and goes but this time its sticking around. On the food side of things Im great. I will WI at home on Friday. I went camping lastweek and totally stayed on track so that was good. Food isnt as much of an issue for me anymore. I enjoy eating clean and am rarely tempted to eat otherwise. Hows your week? Congrats on the loss!

Haha oh summertime... I'm sure you're enjoying it but at the same time ready for your routine back =) I am good just hanging in there been doing good on eating not so much on working out but I started this week great!! I'm glad everything is going good for yall. We miss you on here for sure
