About Me:




Hi. I am a 20 year old college student, and like many of us, have been overweight my entire life. My entire family is overweight and recently we have all started some sort of diet/workout plan to try and get in better shape and health. I started Weight Watchers in March and had successfully lost 20 lbs, though throughout the summer months I gained most back. I am recommitted to this new lifestyle I want for myself and am here for advice, tips, and just to meet people with the same struggles!

Wow, it's been tooo long!

I'm sad to say that it has been about 3 months since I updated on here. I can't believe I let that happen! I guess the holidays came around and I just stopped getting on here, which is not ok. great start to week

So, the last two weeks have been pretty bad as far as staying on plan goes. I tried to not eat horribly but for some reason i just stopped counting and writing down everything. Well, I decided that today i wasnt going to let myself have an option and made myself go through with a whole day of staying on plan. And i have to say the feeling is wonderful! not only did i stay OP, but i drank all of my water andd ate 3 servings of vegetables, which I am really happy about..

Well, I'm getting ready to head to bed and wanted to say that I am not excited to WI tomorrow. This week went to hell and back.. seriously. My dad was admitted to the hospital on Monday and Tuesday was his birthday. So I made him a cake and of course shared in on Tuesday. Then I spent most of the week at the hospital and indulged in tons of fast food and things that I knew would not help me as far as my diet. Ok week

Well, I weighed in this morning and i didn't lose or gain anything. Now, usually I would be a little upset about this, but I had gone out to eat 3 times this week, and even though i kind of 'estimated' my points, i picked at appetizers and desserts that everyone else had gotten. So, for me.. this is sort of successful!.. im just planning on going full speed ahead this week and hopefully hitting a big number next week!!

A good Fresh Start!

Well, I already talked about this somewhat in my About Me section, but I figured it was good to say again and talk about my "fresh start."
