So I went to the gym & weighed myself today...for the first time in two weeks. I've stayed steady at 165, which is good, but I was hoping to lose. So, that's not so bad...but then I went and made it worse!
A friend had a barbeque tonight (kickoff to the College World Series), and I couldn't stop eating!! There was a bowl of peanut M & M's and I think I ate most of it!
