Why don't I feel attached to my body?

Today I had a weird thought. I seem to define my days by how well I ate. That's really odd in the whole scheme of things. This weird thought is about my body, but as I log this, I seem possessed only by what I ate today.

Yes, it's a lifestyle change!

I like it! Thanks for the comment on that. I hate diets. Diets do not work for me. Diets make me feel different than everyone else. They make me feel as though I have to live by rules. I can't eat a doughnut because it will make me fat. I can't have birthday cake or a beer at a celebration. It's about CAN'T.
