The only thing you need is 3lb or 5lb hand weights and if you have hard wood floors you may want a matt to do your push ups and crunches on. Other than that it is all you! Good Luck.

i say go for it. you won't know til you try. i use a mini trampoline to do the jumping jacks and jump rope so my knees don't hurt as much (just a tip) good luck! and congrats on your weightloss to date!

About Me:
I'm 23 years old, married, and a mom of two beautiful baby girls. I gained 70lbs with my first pregnancy, lost about 20lbs, and then got pregnant again. At my biggest I weighed 245lbs. I joined WW 3 weeks ago, and have lost 5.4lbs on the plan so far. I absolutly love it, and the support from my girls online is amazing! I have a totally positive outlook on life for the first time in years. I know I can do this!! :)

Yummy Pork Tenderloin Recipe!

I never know what to do with pork tenderloin, but I think I've finally figured it out!!

2lbs pork tenderloin (fat and "silverskin" removed)
salt and pepper to taste
2tbsp grainy or dijon mustard
1tbsp horseradish
1ish tbsp thyme
1ish tbsp savory
1-2 tbsp worsteshire sauce


Line a roasting pan with tin foil and spray with pam.
Salt and pepper all sides of the tenderloin and place in the pan
Mix together the mustard and the horseradish, rub on the tenderloin.

Feeling it more then seeing it, but liking it....

I think I can, I think I can.....

Sometimes I feel like there is no amount of will power in the universe that can keep me away from my crutches.

When my babies wake up in the middle of the night, and I partially wake up to comfort them it's nearly impossible not to eat. I cant stand it... Here we go again....

I havn't blogged in AGES, but here we go. I hope I can keep it up :) It would be great if someone actually read it... Ahem?? lol

K, So... Loving WW, majorly. In the past 3 weeks since joining, I've lost 6 pounds (or so)

Ezekiel whole wheat tortillas (I found these at Whole Foods) are only 1 point. Also, Mission carb balance whole wheat tortillas (I get them at Walmart) are only 1 point as well. Could lower your fajita points! =)
