- About Me:
- I am 47 years old been married for 30years , i have 3 wonderful children ages DS-29 , DD-23 , and DS-15 , 2 grandkids ages DGD-7 and DGS-4 , and a new granddaughter to be in late August or early September by my DD , I live in Kentucky , i am an Assistant Manger at our local Dollar General Store , I have been doing Weight Watchers since June 15 , 2006 and was at 286.4lbs. and now i weigh 170 lbs , so as you can see i have lost over 100 lbs . I love WWs and will always do it as i do not want to ever gain it all back , the picture of me was taken at my daughters house of me and my grandson on May 11 , 2008 , it was his 4 th birthday , his name is Tristan.

- Low Fat, High Fiber, Weight Watchers
- Workout Philosophy:
- I stay active doing everyday activities
I started Weigh Watchers on June 15 , 2006 and was at an all time high weight for me at 286.4 lbs. and was wearing a size 26/28 in jeans and soon to be 2 years later and i weigh 170 lbs. and wear a lose size 10 in jeans!!
