Hey everybody! Just wanted to check in and see how everyone is doing. I've eased back in after giving my hips a break...pain is MUCH better but not gone completely. I'm planning to do the week 4 run this afternoon if it doesn't pour rain!

Long time...No blog!

Hi all!

I feel like I fell off the face of the earth for a few days there...

FIRST THINGS FIRST....I am down 3.9 pounds! I am STOKED!

I am a little past due since I was supposed to weigh Saturday and not today, but who cares. It was only a few days difference.

MY SCALE IS MIA!

Really...I had my hubby take the scale to work with him this morning to put in his office! I am stepping on that thing waaaaay too much. I want this to be about a lifestyle and about being healthy. The weight loss will naturally follow along with everything else.

I am supposed to weigh ONLY on Saturdays, so he will bring it home with him on Friday nights. Hopefully this will work.

Adventures in pedicure land....

So...there is nothing like a vibrating, shaking, massaging pedicure chair to remind you of actually how much flubber you need to lose. Yes I call it flubber....1/2 flab and 1/2 blubber...feel free to use it if you want...I know it's cute! :-)
