About Me:
I am a mom of 3, my kids are 13,11,and 5. I love to spend time with my family. I also love to spend time with my friends. I have lost 48 pounds with Weight Watchers and have kept it off for about a year and a half. Over the past couple of months I have gained a few pounds and want to get back on track.

Being happy with your progress

I am having a problem with being happy with myself and my progress. I know that I have come a long way over the past 3 years, but sometimes it is hard to remember just how far I have come. I am doing a great job tracking and keeping my weight down, but I feel like I always want more. More weight loss, more recognition, more everything. I don't know if it will ever be enough. Back on Track!!

Well, I am very happy with how last week went! I think I did really well. I stayed within my points each day and exercised 3 times, for around 45 min each time. I think I am finally getting back on track. I am going to weigh tomorrow and maybe I will measure, I haven't done that in forever. When you're at the ticker factory website, after you enter your code/password, I think you can click edit/update weight data, then under setup-track, click the circle for weight instead of weight change. Also, were you wondering about changing the background for the ticker or your blog to lose page? I've never changed my ticker, but I bet you could do it under edit style. For your page here, click "change my theme" under your photo in the top left. Hope that helps!
