About Me:
I've attempted to lose weight countless times. I'm sure several of you can relate. I've gained over 30 lbs in college. Being a recent graduate, I now feel I have no excuses to get in shape. While in school, I felt I had no time and energy to work out. My time was consumed my studying and interning... I had no energy left for taking care of myself.

Now, I don't have any excuses. Yes, I have a busy work schedule- I work long hours. I'm an accounting analyst at a brokerage firm.

I'm aware it's not going to be any easier this time around. However, I've promised myself. My goal is to lose 31 pounds by October 4. This is the goal I will be working towards over the next couple months- 168 days to be exact.

I'm very excited and looking forward to a healthier future!!

Progress

I've been working really hard and hope to continue to do so. I have no reason why I shouldn't. It's amazing how my new lifestyle is becoming a habit. I find it easier to make healthy choices. Before it was a big challenge. Yes I still have days where it's not so easy, but I know how to deal with it better. Before if i was tired, I would wouldn't work out. Now if I'm feeling tired, I make the effort to work out at least 20 minutes.

Week 1

I'm looking forward to my weigh in on Sunday. My goal for this week is to lose 2 lbs. I believe I am very close and should reach my goal by Sunday.

I've had a successful week so far. I've been eating healthy and working out at least 30 minutes a day.

Wednesday was my first day with my personal trainer. I'm very excited about working with him. He is very knowledgeable. On Tuesday I worked out an hour with him and then walked/ran on the treadmill for 30 minutes. So that day I worked out an hour… Continue

Weight Watchers Weigh-In Day!

So today was my second week since I have joined Weight Watchers. I have lost 1.4 pounds since last Saturday! I'm really excited about my new journey with Weight Watchers. I've made small changes this past week.
