About Me:
Hello! My name is Amanda I'll be 19 in August. I've been dieting since I was 13. When I was 13 I never realized how big I was, I think it was more like I didn't care. This whole diet thing started when I had to go to the Dr. well the doctor weighed me and I was so shocked to find out that I weighed 195 lbs. I couldn't believe it. Since then I've been dieting on and off. I joined weight watchers shortly after that and I dropped 40 lbs. I was 155 lbs and I think I looked a lot better than before, so I didn't really think about how easily I could gain that weight back. I was going into my freshman year of high school still at 155 lbs, I ended up actually going into the hospital because i kind of just stopped eating all together to the point where i was fainting. So since that day I really have had to make sure I was eating enough. So I think I ate too much lol, because by the time I was in my sophomore year I stepped on the scale again and found that I was 180 lbs. So that was when I started my own diet only having about 500 calories a day plus going to the gym and doing cardio for an hour. I got down to 160 and stayed there for a while, until I became comfortable with my weight again and once again i started eating lots! For my junior prom I weighed 187 lbs. so once again needless to say I started another diet. By Senior year I was 163 lbs. I maintained that for a little while. Then the end of the winter of 2008 I WAS BACK AT 177!!!! Now here I am a freshman in college and I weigh 163 lbs. again. I've been dieting forever. And here I am still trying to get down to that 155 lbs that I was happy at, only 8 lbs to go!! Im thinking about joining weight watchers again...

Anyways so thats my whole diet story...

Workout Philosophy:
I only exercise because I have to

Weight Watchers starts today!!

So I've finally started my weight watchers diet again : )!! I'm in a very good mood, I'm at work..its sort of slow today, so I thought I would post a blog.
This is what I ate/will be eating today!!

granola bar- 2 pts.

6" ham with lettuce and light mayo- 6 pts. Subway<3
Barbecue Baked Lays- 3 pts.

and for dinner I'll have

Gym for 1 hour. Elliptical!!

Weight Watcher pizza bites- 5 pts.

100 Cal pack- 2 pts

and ill still have 6 points to spare!! Maybe Ill have some fruit or something...
