No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Lost 1.2 this week! Not bad considering the barbecue I attended yesterday. I didn't do badly though. Thankfully there weren't any chips (my weakness) and "snacky" foods. I was able to stay in control and keep my portions in check. I also ate after 7 (something I try NOT to do) so needless to say, VERY happy to see a loss this morning.
