WhooHoo! I finally hit my 10% at my Weight Watcher meeting yesterday morning. I couldn't believe it! I was so excited...I posted on my blog about it here

Using blogs and social media to help through this has really been a big help! It helps keeps me accountable! It's sooooo hard...Now on to my next 10%!

Hello Everyone,
I have been a member for a little while but i'm not very good at posting.
I wanted to say hello and try to be more active here...
I too have joined WW atleast 10 times over the past 6 years. I finally made goal and i'm now in my second week of maintanence.
WW is the only program i have really had success with..i have always had problems with food. I'm a binge eater and i know now it's because i was to anal about my food and calories. WW gives me the freedom to eat what i want as long as it's in my points. I use to do no/low carbs and it about killed me with all the running and workouts i do during the week.
Anyway i just wanted to say hello and kind of introduce myself.

Darlene, that's awesome! This is my 3rd time with WW and I've never met my 10 % either. I am about 7 lbs away at this point, which is attainable!
I stayed the same this week- but am not upset about it. I stopped pumping breastmilk this week (baby boy is nursing am and pm and drinking cows milk now) so i had a "full tank" at weigh in, so to speak!

I have my weigh in tomorrow and I am hoping to hit my 10% for the first time ever! I have joined WW probably 7-8 times and have always quit within pounds of my 10%...Fear of success I guess. But not this time! WhooHooo, come on 10%.

Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables is what I've found to be the key. Plus, I have cut most of the processed foods out of my diet. I don't buy canned spaghetti sauce, I make it from tomatoes, I bake chips and I also cut potatoes into shoestring fries and bake those (typically, I spend just as much time cooking those as I would the frozen kind and they are much better for you).

Also, no matter how tired I am, I make sure to get in a walk or a mini excesize in the morning or evening.

If sat is your bad day then plan to use your extra weekly points on sat, enjoy your self with a breakfast out or whatever you want for dinner.... enjoy then sunday work out like crazy and get back on track.
