Hey!! Good for you for doing your workout!!! To be honest I haven't started the challenge, my start date is tomorrow. This past week I haven't been able to sleep past 4:30am so the other day I got up and did my workout before going to work. Tonight I'm making some whole wheat pasta with veggies, I'm trying to improve on the eating thing. If you have any good recipes let me know:) I'm the same way as far as keeping things to myself so thats why my sister and I joined this website. I noticed you're from Atlanta, I lived in Dunwoody for about 7 years, all my friends are still there but haven't been back in awhile. Talk to you soon.

Hi Liv, how is the challenge going for you? My muscles are feeling the workout!! I still want to eat everything in the house though, UGH! I've never blogged anything either, I always keep things to myself, or very close friends/family. This is new to both of us. Good luck ;)

Initial Challenge test taken...not too good!! It's alright though, this blog will help me stay motivated and true to my workout.

Awww too bad you're sick! I came down with a cold last Thursday so my workouts were on hold. I'm hoping to do Week 2, day 3 today or tomorrow now that I'm feeling mostly better.

I totally got away from the challenge. I have had a bad cold all week and I have not wanted to do anything except go to work and come home and sleep. I hope to pick it back up this weekend.
