Our Commitment

Our commitment is to Post daily how your day went, good or (especially) bad! Your post can be on your blog or here on the forum. It can contain your daily food journal or just a summary of the day. How ever you do, the commitment is to stay on plan one day at a time and to post something daily.

What we will do...
Everyday we will start a thread in our forum to post how we are doing throughout the day. Feel free to pop in anytime or just post at the end of the day to check in and report on your day.

used a few flex pts today. Still need to drink more H2O. Overall I'm pleased with my efforts this week. Three more days until weigh in...

I had a good day today (0.75 pts remaining). I do need to drink more water and take my vitamin and 2 iron supplements. I'll try harder tomorrow. GO BUCKS !!

We can all do this! It is only 1 meal at a time 1 snack at a time. 8-9 hours of the 24 hours we do the program we are sleeping!

i had a rocky start getting back on my diet after the holidays. but i have seen a bit of weight loss on the scale this week, and am very encouraged! :D

I am on my 3rd day of recommitting to work on me this year. I have lost 2lbs since Friday. YaY.

I joined today. Last week could've been better but I lost 1 LB. I have a lot more to lose so one day (or one meal) at a time is how I have to think otherwise I'll throw in the towel again. Small steps...

Hi everyone! I just joined this group today. I think I did pretty good for my first day of my self titled "New Year, New Me" initiative. I'm definitely figuring out my witching hours, one is about 2pm the other is when I'm just getting home from work and I'm cooking dinner. I get the urge to snack! Knowing that these are bad times for me I will be able to counteract them and un-witch them. Hope everyone is having a good day, if not there is always tomorrow!!

Hey Everyone, I'm new to BTL and this group. I'm been a silent reader for a while and decided last night to join. I don't know what took me so long! I guess its because I've never blogged before. I like the idea of "confessing" good, bad or otherwise to a group of supportive people. I've been a member of weight watchers for some time and I'm getting to closer to goal but as some of you can agree the longer you've been following any plan the easier it is to "conveniently" forget to track what you've been eating and then get upset at the scale for not giving you the results you thiink you deserve. At this point in my weight loss I need all kinds of accountability. I completely agree with you Roni, all it takes is one day-one moment sometimes, and as I am all took good at letting one bad day roll into the next I am looking forward to sharing in this group.
