I thought I would start a thred every Thursday Morning ( I weigh in on Wednesday nights) so that we could post how we did over the past week, and what we want to do this coming week.
So I guess I'll start
Last week was week 9 for me and I lost 2.6 pounds. That puts my total at 12.2, this is great. I've never lost such big number before. Last week I hit a few bumps in the road will alot of parties and not a whole lot of eating at home. This week I need to work on cooking more and fitting in a little walk.

Well, this week I exercised 5 days of the week, came down with a UTI in the middle of the week, stuck to plan, and got more activity in than I ever have and I gained 1.2 lbs. My leader's response - The Scale is a Liar this Week. She says that I am probably building muscle which releases lactic acid. And the acid causes you to retain water. If I stick with it this week, I should see a loss next week. I'm down a total of 5 lbs. I can do this. I know I can.
