I really like The Firm workouts, they realllllly kick yer butt... even if you're already working out. They are great for having to "work up to" videos. For lazy days, WATP with Leslie Sansone, and I have yet to tackle the 30 day shred, that's going to have to wait till baby is here (about three more months)... but I can't wait!

I just finished the 3rd day of the 30 day shred, it is intense but good. I have heard good things about the Biggest loser cardio max, anyone else having any luck?

I have many work out DVD's, Turbo Jam, Walk away the pounds, and the 30 days shred. Has anyone had good success with any of these, or having any other suggestions.

has anyone done the South Beach Diet Supercharged Workout video? that was my first, and i found it to be a great thing to get me started. there's a 20-minute cardio segment and 3 15-minute strength segments (seem based on Pilates).

I really like 30 Day Shred. It is a quick workout for when I don't have a lot of time, but it is very intense.

I've also started doing Cardio Max and like that as well. Not as intense as 30DS but you do work up a good sweat. Bob is also a lot different than Jillian. With Jillian I feel I have to push more for perfection. Bob is a lot more laid back.

Hi Jacquie! I'm pretty new here, but I just ordered Turbo Jam over a week ago, and am anxiously awaiting it's arrival! Hopefully it should be here this week! I'm so excited to start it, and also very interested to hear how you like it!

Hi, new member :)

I'm currently using 3 DVD's, 30 Day Shred (5 days left), & just started Weight Loss Yoga & Cardio Max. I also have Jillian Michael's Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism which I plan to start in May. I am also going to get Boot Camp & No More Trouble Zones in the next couple of weeks. Right now I do the 30DS in the mornings and then either WLY or CM in the afternoon/evening.
