Maggie, I have just decided that this is my "life" now - always conscious of what I am eating and why. It has become a bit easier at this point for me, but it is something I struggle with daily. I just take it a meal at a time.:)

He everyone, I'm still maintaining but it is soooo hard. I do my workouts everyday and I eat right, but the one day that I go off I gain two lbs! What the heck is wrong with me. I'm in the weight that I want but It still feels like I have to think about food 24/7. Sorry everyone, I just needed to vent. LOL

Maggie, just take it one day at a time, one meal at a time. It is hard to do this
in cold weather outside, but see if you can pick up the activity just a little. I am
one to talk - that is my biggest weakness.:( I have celebrated my one-year
anniversary of being at goalweight last week. Actually I am ten pounds below my
goalweight. The good thing about WW is that we are able to account for what
we eat, and all we have to do is plan to be able to work it in. A new year, and
a good time for another beginning. You can do it!

Hi everyone, How are you guys doing after Thanksgiving? I'm very proud to say that I didn't over eat and I didn't gain a pound. I hope to keep the control over the christmas holiday. I did eat some bad food, but I tried not to eat a lot of it. I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!!

Tricia and Maggie, I continued following Flex for about six months after I reached goalweight, but switched to Core about six weeks ago and love it! I
believe that will help me maintain and stay with this lifestyle change. That may
be something for you to try.

Hi everyone, I finally made it, I lost 40lbs... Now I'm wondering how I'm going to maintain it. I did the WW at home (financially I couldn't go to the meetings) and I have no idea how to maintain with out losing any more weight. I'm keeping up with my exercise; I know that it is one of the most important parts of keeping the weight off. I would really appreciate any help that you guys could give me. PS. I'm going to post a pic this week of my new me!

Thanks
Maggie

Hi Ladies,
I am new to Blog to Lose, but ran across this group and thought "These people will know exactly what I am going through." :) I am a Lifetime member, and am really struggling with maintaining. I lost my momentum from LOSING, and have gained 5 lbs back over the summer. I am still under my WW goal, but those 5 lbs have really made a difference with how I feel. Anyone have advice on how I can get motivated again?

It would seem that no one else is encountering the challenges that
I have at times. Let me in on your secrets. I finally managed to
lose a pound this past weigh-in, but I had worked hard to get it
there. Maintenance IS harder than reaching goalweight in the
first place.

Noone said this would be easy - and I have been here before and
it wasn't easy then. That said, I just need to say that it - staying on
track for maintaining (and maybe even losing just a little now and
then) - is very difficult for me currently. I don't know why, it just
seems I get the "munchies" at weird times. I have my daily points
at 20 and seem to use up those WPA in addition to my AP!! And
I still want to eat!! What do you do at that point? My available
snacks are healthy, but it is possible to have too much of a good
thing!!

Thanks for your input.
