Went to a local farm stand today! got heirloom tomatoes, Japanese eggplant, zucchini, red potatoes and sweet potatoes. Yum!

Made a veggie-filled pasta sauce (onion, zucchini, mushroom and spinach with 1/2 cup Eating Right brand spaghetti sauce) for dinner, and it pushed me over the top ... I think I had 6 or 7 servings of veggies/fruits today.

Got in my 5 on Tuesday! So far today, I've had 3 (spinach salad and cantaloupe).

And don't worry, Jillian: I've been fighting to get my five in this week, too. That's probably why I haven't seen any progress on the scale.

I've found what helps me is to start my day with Kashi, or Optimim Light cereal + 1 cup blueberries, 1/2 a banana and 1 cup of strawberries. That's all the fruit you need in one day if 1/2 cup is one serving of fruit!! Its super healthy and I am stuffed until lunch. It's 6-7 points but so yummy!

I have been doing terribly with this challlenge...it's time to get my butt back into gear!! I seem to get a few servings each day, but I am definitely not hitting the magic five...

Arlene- I am with you! I have been an eating machine since Friday! Not that I have been going over on my points, but just eating things that I have been craving! I am back on point this morning :) and am going to get in my 5 today!

Hmm ... I've been hungrier than normal the last couple of days — and I've been eating fewer fruits and veggies. Coincidence? I think not. Time to get with the program again. :D
