Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

-1/2 cup Ortega refried beans (1pt) -you could probably use another brand, but I won't know the points and refried beans can get high quickly if people add lard...yuck!
-1 slice of 2% pepper jack cheese (the one that comes wrapped like Kraft American cheese slices) (1pt)
-1/4 cup 2% shredded cheddar (2pts)
-2 tsp taco sauce (Ortega or Taco Bell tastes good to me) (0pts)
-Veggie to dip (use a zero point veggie...which are most thankfully)

Microwave one minute, stir, microwave 30 seconds more.
Dip away! This tastes so good you'll feel like you are cheating!
If you are a sour cream person, I suppose you could add that too. Just adjust points per usual.

I would leave out the cheddar, add a shake or two of taco seasoning and if it needs alittle creamier a table spoon of fat free half and half.

Hadn't thought about using taco seasoning. Thanks for the idea!
(I hate sour cream though, but someone else might love it.)
