No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I know some people think of Peanut Butter as a high calorie and fattening treat. But it also has a lot of protein and when you eat it in moderation, there's nothing wrong with it. I enjoy it with celery (negative calories). Make sure to get the natural variety of peanut butter; partially hydrogenated oils are no good for any type of diet.

Thanks for the discussion! There are a lot of foods that get a bad rap but are very good for you (oil, nuts, beans, etc...).
