No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

In fact, two within 6 days. Time's still c**p, but I'm improving.

1st 10k Feb 1st, time: 83min 33s

2nd 10k March 24th, time: 83min 18s

3rd 10k March 29th, time: 81min 57s

My next goal is to stay under 80 mins; one day I'll make it in under an hour! I know I can't run 10k all the time, on March 27th it was just 4 miles (6.5k).
