No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

Hi, I am new to this site and very excited to find it. I have been on the weight loss "journey" for about 13 months now. I've lost 140 pounds, which is great but I still have a lot more to lose. I just started a blog on another site and would love to have any of you check it out and let me know what you think. Please read my bio here first because, while I think I'm pretty funny... Hi Catherine,

I'm new too. I jjust joined tonight. I have been on this weight loss journey for the past 10 years. I'm determined to get back on track and get healthy again. I too just started a new blog. check it out at www.GetHealthyWithMelissa.blogspot.com

Hi, just read your blog and really enjoyed it. Your life is insanely busy!! I'm developing a menu plan that has a month long healthy menu, all of the recipes... rewritten everyday so a person doesn't have to look anything up and weekly shopping lists. I know that healthy cooking takes a lot more effort so I try to include extra food into the menu plan so a person has leftovers for lunch the next day. It,s not available for a while, so I'm not trying to make a sales pitch but since i am targeting women who work and are too busy to have to think about every meal I'd like to know if you think it would be a useful tool. Read my blog when you get the chance and let me know what you think.

Thanks Paula. I just got you as a friend and I'm looking forward to "visiting." Alright girl!!! I have one question immediately. I watched your demo for your book. I am so impressed and since i am hoping to market a different kind of product when I've lost the rest of my weight, I will look forward to asking you all sorts of questions later. BUT the question I have now is this.... How the hell do you have such nice tone upper arms? I know you are younger than I, and that you have less to lose but honestly, you don't seem to have any skin flab! I have been lifting weights and the muscle part of my arm is getting more definition, which seems to be making the "wings" all the worse!!! Oh well, a new kind of hell for me! You look fabulous and your demo tape was terrific. Very natural and personal (doesn't sound at all "shamwowee").

Catherine, I commend you on setting up and sticking with your blog! It's a hard thing to do, putting it out there like that. I just started a blog too - http://www.anonymousfatgirl.com. I always hated the "fat" word but I figure I'm owning up to it now and it's a hard journey so what the heck, why not have a laugh along the way too. I like your title :)
