I cant seem to find this recipe anywhere. I know what goes in it.. trouble is I dont know how much?!?!

broccoli
cauliflower
bacon
onion
cheese

and the dressing is

ff mayo
splenda
vinegar

With bacon it's still just 1 Point? I may have to make me some of that, then.

I used to make a version of this on Atkins -- I think it had a whole bunch of broccoli, 6 strips of bacon, 1/4 cup cheese, and then 1/2 cup mayo, 1 T splenda and 2 tsp cider vinegar.

It was very minimal bacon. I do belive it was Hormel Real Bacon bits.. and like 2 tsp or something really small!

FYI.. Roni's recipe is "to die for"...but I choose to substitute a couple ingredients. I skip the cheese.. and in its place I add 2 TBSP of raisins and 2 TBSP of sunflower seeds.

Broccoli-Cauliflour Salad



Makes 6 Servings

Ingredients:

3 cups fresh broccoli florets
3 cups fresh cauliflower florets
1 medium onion, chopped (I use red onion for color)
3 tbsp Hormel Real Bacon Bits
3/4 cup (3 oz) shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Kraft Fat-Free Mayonnaise
1/4 cup spoonable Sugar Twin, Sprinkle Sweet or Splenda sweetener
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

In large bowl combine broccoli, cauliflower, onion, bacon bit and cheddar
cheese. In small bowl combine mayonnaise, sweetener and vinegar. Pour
mayonnaise mixture over vegetable mixture. Mix well to combine. Cover
and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour. Gently stir again just before serving.

SERVING SIZE: 1 cup

POINTS: 1

PER SERVING: 81 Calories, 2 g Fat, 2 g Fiber, 3 g Protein,
15 g Calcium, 163 mg Sodium
