I am excited that I have a bodybugg and I love to see the calories I have burned. My profile wants me to burn 2280 cal a day and have my cal intake at 1800. I can only meet my goal if I do some type of walking within the day. No more sitting at home (that is for sure).
It cool and now that I wear it, it is a reminder to get phycial (even when i do not go to the gym). Looking to loose 15 lbs by June and have this 38 year old body back in a size 10.
Love mine too! It definitley makes you want to move more. Its a lot harder for me to just sit around and be lazy. I have had it for a few months now and I think it was one of the best decisions I made...I couldnt live with out it now!
Today makes 3 weeks for me. I have not lost any weight , but I feel smaller :) lol. This week I am really going to track my food. I have only been doing the cal. So I am excited, it does remind you not to just sit in bed all day, or at work.
I wore it when I was sleep just to see how many cals I burn. I average about 480 to 500 cal for the eight hours. I look forward to loosing 5lbs by the end of the month.
