I was just curious if you have a system or not? I am a point hoarder...I try to eat very low point items thoughout the day so that I can have whatever dinner i like. I am wondering if it makes a difference at the scale in coralation to how you spend your points each day? Has anyone got a take on the matter?

I don't think it matters as long as you stay within your points overall. I try to keep my points lower during the day as well so that I have about half leftover at dinner time so that I can enjoy meals with my family. I still cook light, but like to make things that my husband and son will enjoy too. I haven't seen it as a problem, when I stick to my points - my problem is going over, or not counting everything.
I try to be conservative at breakfast and lunch because sometimes I don't know where the day is going. The afternoon munchies is what kills me! I've noticed that it really does not make a difference when you eat your points. As long as you don't go over!
I logged on to ask this exact same question! I don't get many points per day so I eat every 2 to 3 hours during the day with 1 to 3 point snacks so I can cook a nice filling dinner with the rest of my points at night. It helps when u have to cook for someone else too. I don't want to eat a lot during the day and have to eat crackers or something 4 dinner. I also use activity points as motivation to work out, its worth it to get some extra points for your day. Good luck (:
