friend request?

I received an email that said "Melanie has added you as a friend on blog to lose" but I see no Melanie anywhere on my profile. I clicked on the link to accept her as a friend & there is nothing there... I WANT A FRIEND!!! LOL!

So was this a cruel joke or do I have a potential friend out there? And if I do... can someone help me find her?
