Blog to Lose

No matter the plan... we all Blog to Lose!

I have been exercising 6 times a week for the past two weeks.

My big breakthrough was yesterday when I was on the treadmill for 40 minutes and totalled 2.5 miles! I ran 30 minutes and power walked with an incline for 10 somewhere after the first 15 minutes because my legs were screaming at me, but it worked! 2.5 miles!

WOOHOO!

Congrats! I can't wait until I get to that point ... right now, I can only run for about 2 minutes straight without stopping.

Congrats!!! That is great!! I keep myself going by thinking about how great my runners legs will look someday :) Keep up the great work.....
