Let us recover from a naughty 4th of July weekend. .

OK, it wasn't just me, right? Let's all fess up . . Alright, I messed up this weekend, I didn't think twice about dieting. . bad bad bad. . I think one of the best things I have learned is that when you screw up, you can't just give up, you have to just get back on track. We can't be perfect ALL THE TIME, right? Anyone else want to confess, I'll feel a lot better knowing it wasn't just me. . (=

oh, i was bad too. and i didn't even try to be the slightest bit healthy. i'm so disappointed that i didn't at least try to stay balanced.
but, your post is great... it's time to get back on track!! we can do this!!

I CONFESS! Burgers, hot dogs, cookies, nuts, taco dip, brownies, deviled eggs, cheese, more taco dip, burgers again....OMG! I was out of control! But back on track as of yesterday and feeling good!!

OK confession time...I haven't thought about diet at all lately for a LOOOONNNGGGG time...there are plenty of reasons, and plenty of excuses.....now how do I lay them aside??
