Well..........i had Mcdonald's today and i'am crying. I had a double cheeseburger and a med.fry.I'am so not doing good it was just for today i know i went over my point's. I had the oatmeal today 3pt's and my coffee 1pt and the burger and fry's about 20pt. I was kind of craving it. Mind you i only can have 30pt a day and i have not had my dinner.oh i had a small bag of 100calaries cookies.

Now...fix yourself a "sensible" dinner, you can do that in 7-8 points (including 4 cups of 94% fat free Jolly Time popcorn for 1 point as a snack) EASY. Start again NOW eating right and your body will forgive you.
Jackie, I have done much worse than that at McDee's. And a burger is not the end of the world pr your weight loss journey. Don't let it get you down. Use the rest of your points wisely and if you have to, use a WPA if you need it. The program was designed to be a lifestyle not a diet. So the next time you are in this situation you will make better choices. Oh and by the way, the McDee's Asian Chicken Salad is AWESOME and only 5 points plus dressing. Very filling and satisfying as well.
Thank you guy's very much. yes i did want the cheeseburger and fry's and it was so good. I had a salad from subway for dinner with very little dressing and i did have chocholate chip cookie, and yes,yes, yes i did walk yesterday for 30min!!! I think i did a great job.
Jackie - If you are going to make this journey a lifestyle change and one that you succeed at you MUST move on and use what happened as a learning tool! So as the others have said, move on. Next time make a healthier choice. Drink lots of water and perhaps if you can go for a walk. Get active to counter act what you ate. There are ways to get around these incidents. But real life is eating a cheeseburger and fries here and there when you feel you want them. You said you were craving it - kind of...so learn to listen and trust yourself. Did you really want it? If yes, go for it. If you didn't really want it, drive right through the drive through or order something else. You have to learn to accept this. No one is perfect! That includes during this journey as well! Use it to make you stronger and fight harder!
